Demak® Advanced Dispensing Equipment is the suitable solution for the dispensing of two-component resins onto small and medium parts every time a high accuracy and quality are required.
Typical of all Demak® equipment is the use of multi-dosing nozzles that allow simultaneous encapsulation of up to 32 parts.
Dispensing nozzle movement takes place via X axis or XY robot.
Recently Demak® have introduced the first machine in the world that makes it possible to use two-component resins under vacuum all the time. This new technology performs degassing of resin and catalyst continuously while the machine is working, thus avoiding degassing of components in the tanks before the start of production.
